Island Life
Destination 4 in Honolulu, HI more specifically Waikiki Beach. To be honest a week later and I can barely believe that I’m here for a month (well now 3 weeks)! When I arrived last Friday I was a bit shocked. One, it was very busy (I mean what happened to Covid) and two, I was in a total touristy area and it felt like I was on spring break. I told myself it would take a week to settle in. That’s where I am now and feel right at home. My Airbnb is perfect, 1 minute from the beach, and has a little balcony which I use for my early morning workdays. I get up around 3 am for work, but it's so peaceful outside with the birds chirping, so I don't mind it. My first week has been really amazing... I think the island life suits me.
